Q. I'm hearing noises in my attic, could you tell me what it might be?
A. This is a very common question asked by our customers. I would start by asking them some key questions myself that would help me determine what animal has moved into the house before I even get out to their location. Q. How much is it going to cost?
A. Once we have determined what is going on at the clients residence or business, we will give them an estimate over the phone and explain to them exactly what we will be doing. We come out and do a thorough inspection, determine the problem and explain the course of action we will take to remedy this problem. We then give an additional estimate on any repairs and preventions to help avoid any future problems.
Q. What do you do with the animals once they are caught?
A. Most all of the animals that are captured are released in designated release sights which we have permission by various land owners. Sometimes they are turned over to licensed wildlife rehabilitators and others by state law have to be euthanized.
Q. How many do you think there could be?
A. Because animals are territorial it could be a single animal or a family group that usually consists of the female and her young. Depending on species we can give you an estimate on how many there could possibly be.
Q. Do these animals carry diseases?
A. All animals run the risk of some sort of disease or parasite. This is why they need to be extracted as soon as possible for everyone's safety.
Q. Should I try to rid the animal myself? And why can't I do this myself?
A. In no way do we ever recommend anyone to deal with any type of animal if they are not trained or experienced in handling them. There are all kinds of dangers in animal handling. Leave it to a trained professional, please.
Q. What can we do so we don't have this problem again?
A. Once we have determined where the problem is and have removed the anima,l we will give you an analysis of what needs to be done to animal proof your home. We offer all of these services to prevent any problems in the future. |
